The operating system for live entertainment across Latin America.

We entered through ticketing. We stayed to build the operating system for live entertainment.

Ticketing is the first vertical.
The platform is the company.

Our technology runs underneath thousands of promoters, federations, venues and partners across eleven countries. Sometimes our brand is on the website. Often a partner brand is, and our infrastructure runs beneath it. By design.

Market opportunity

A young, mobile-first population. Entering a fast-growing market.

Latin America. $40B. +670 million people. A live entertainment market growing in the high single digits, with the ticketing technology layer growing more than four times the global rate.

Investment thesis

Four reasons this matters.

  1. Moat.

Core software stack built in-house since 2014. Eleven countries. Twelve years of multi-market data. 2,800+ partner relationships on our infrastructure every day. 50+ operators in our conversion pipeline, relationships we already understand from inside the infrastructure.

  2. Scale & proof.

$269M total platform sales (GMV); revenue $29.5M. Revenue +64% in 2025. More than 95% retention.

Source: Ticketplus audited IFRS financials (Baker Tilly, PCAOB).

  3. Category.

The technology platform for Latin American live entertainment. We serve the underserved 95% where global incumbents historically have had limited penetration. Bootstrapped twelve years. Profitable.

  4. Proprietary AI.

Anti-fraud, dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, all built in-house. No reliance on third-party core infrastructure. Every module compounds on the same codebase.

Competitive advantage · The data layer

We do not compete against ticketing companies. We own the transaction lifecycle.

100% Transaction visibility 11 Country regulatory & payments stack 12 years of multi-market operating data

Over 10.2 million tickets a year across 11 jurisdictions, we sit at the data and operating layer of regional live entertainment: who buys, what they buy, when they buy, how they pay, and how operators perform across markets.

That data composes day by day, across 11 markets, 50+ payment methods, thousands of local commercial relationships. This dataset is difficult to assemble through acquisition. It is the asset, and it compounds.

Ticketing is the first vertical. The verticals adjacent to the data layer (payments, BI, dynamic pricing, financial services for partners) are the long-term expansion thesis.
