Why is Ticketplus reporting under IFRS rather than U.S. GAAP?
As a foreign private issuer, Ticketplus is permitted to report financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as issued by the IASB. FY2025 financial statements were audited under PCAOB standards by Baker Tilly Paraguay (PCAOB ID 7091); FY2024 financial statements were audited by CEYA Chile (PCAOB ID 3060).
When is the fiscal year end?
December 31. The first 20-F annual report is expected on or before April 30, 2027, covering fiscal year 2026.
Is the Company a U.S. domestic issuer or a foreign issuer?
